• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or submitting Drives.
• Submit only Drives that you personally own and have full legal authority to sell (see Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions for the full warranty);
• Ship items promptly and in the condition described.
• Respond to our communications promptly.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Submit Drives you do not own or lack authority to sell;
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete descriptions or photos;
• Attempt to sell stolen, leased, financed, or encumbered equipment;
• Engage in fraudulent activity, multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or spam.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users;
• Violate any applicable export control, environmental, or waste-electronics laws.

3. Content You Submit

Any photos, descriptions, or data you upload become our property for business use, but you remain responsible for their accuracy and legality.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Reject any submission;
• Suspend or terminate your account.
• Withhold payment and/or return/refuse shipment;
• Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement.
